Kalanoro Appearance

Kalanoro Picture

The Kalanoro is described as a small humanoid creature that only stands about 2 to 3 feet tall (60 cm to 90cm). It is said to have long shaggy hair that covers its body, and a slightly hunched posture. There are many locals who believe that the Kalanoro’s hair has magical powers. Similar to Sampson, it is believed that their hair endows them with supernatural strength.

Along with their hair, they have two more notable features that make them stand out. The first is that they are said to have backward-facing feet with only three toes. This can explain why it is so difficult to track these creatures – you would need to follow their tracks backwards!

The second notable feature is that they are said to have spines and quills on their back, similar to those of porcupines.

Although the Kalanoro is described as being very shy and elusive it has been known to attack people if it feels threatened.

Many people also believe that it is a spirit creature rather than a physical animal. The local people believe that the Kalanoro can be summoned by a mystic or sorcerer and that they can be used to do good or evil. It is also believed that they can heal the sick.

Although not much is known about their diet it is believed that they are omnivorous. It is also believed that they are nocturnal creatures.

Skepticism About the Kalanoro

Like so many other cryptid creatures, there is a lot of skepticism around the Kalanoro’s existence. And with many of the local people themselves believing that it is more of a spiritual being, researchers and scientists do not consider it to be a biological animal. However, those who speculate about its existence say that it could be a type of lemur or another small primate whose description has been exaggerated.
